An Alternative Septic Technology Breakthrough is HERE. In TEXAS!

Welcome to NextGen Septic TX

What's so Revolutionary? Click below to find out:

The NextGen Septic Solution is a complete in-tank treatment and water purification system that does not require a large dedicated drainfield
to assist in breaking down waste. It is all done within a single tank, end of story. Waste in, clean water out!

It is not in any way dependent on soil condition or topography. Rocky soil, hillside, clay? No problem. NextGen Septic can be installed literally anywhere

Only clean water. Currently, Texas is the only state that allows us to re-treat water and recycle it back into a potable drinking water system.

We hope other US states will repeat that foresightedness so we can truly recycle every drop of water that goes down the drain. However, in many US states they do allow the discharge of clean water if drained through perforated drainpipes below ground.

The drain fields need only be 60% the size of a traditional septic drain field. For those who do not possess the extra land to install drainpipes, NextGen Septic created and patented a Zero Liquid Discharge system (or ZLD) that will turn the clean water into pure water vapor. Problem solved!

For developers and larger property owners with multiple buildings there are two outstanding benefits to using our scalable community systems. These systems reduce the overall cost per household and can handle anything, from a couple of buildings, to an entire apartment building,..or even an entire housing development!

It also means you don’t have to dedicate thousands of square feet of your valuable property for traditional septic system mounds or drain-fields.  You can even recycle the water into your own reservoir and use it to maintain trees, shrubs, gardens and other vegetation. That land is yours again to use as you please. THIS SAVES YOU MONEY!

Another drawback to traditional septic systems is the limitation to building size forced on you if you decide to build your own home. Most jurisdictions restrict how big you can build a house based on the size of septic drain field that is required to service your household.

Many deficiencies in a soil’s ability to leach out contaminants can shrink the size of your house even smaller. These restrictions can even prevent you from building anything at all rendering your lot worthless. Outright building bans in areas with poor soil conditions are happening more and more as many states are starting to crack down harder on septic contamination.

With a NextGen system you can build what you want, where you want, and the size of structure is not restricted based on septic system limitations.

Maintenance for the NextGen system is straight forward and easy to follow. Flushing any solid, non or poorly degradable matter into the drains should be avoided. It generally only requires pumping once a year to remove any solids that get inadvertently flushed down the drain, yes; parents keep an eye on your kids!

A yearly maintenance plan is recommended for any foreign matter that does build up in the receiving tank. Flushing or pouring harsh chemicals down the drain should be avoided as there is living bacteria in the system helping to sanitize the water. In the event a large amount of harsh chemicals such as bleach gets flushed into the system, in most cases the living bacteria will grow back because of our patented design. We will provide a list of safer cleaning agents that households can use when cleaning..

There are also digital sensors built right into our system that will alert your authorized service technician if a part has failed. Otherwise, it is relatively maintenance free!

Best In Class and Competitively Priced: As far as competition, well… we can’t say there isn’t any but none of the systems we’ve seen out there have anywhere near the diversity of complimentary cleaning and filtering technology we do and that’s because we planned from day one to turn every drop of treated water back into usable drinking water someday. And to do that we had to be 100% sure we could pass the toughest EPA standards that exist for treated water.

And when it comes to a head-to-head price comparison with the more antiquated systems still being sold by our traditional septic system competitors, their prices are in many cases higher than ours because of their need to excavate sometimes thousands of square feet of soil and rocks to install large leach fields.

We would like to address the underrated benefit of not having to change one’s lifestyle while making a considerable contribution to the ultimate restoration of our Earth’s fresh water supply; and… helping to provide sanitation to the rest of the developing world! I mean why sacrifice if you don’t have to, right?

What we want to stress here, is that there is absolutely nothing that will change in the way you currently use or flush water in your household. Dishwashers, showers, toilets, washing machines, all work exactly the same.  Absolutely no lifestyle change is required whatsoever.

USE-CASE:
WHEN NOTHING BUT A NEXTGEN SEPTIC SYSTEM WILL WORK

Rocky Land

Traditional septic systems require costly blasting or drilling into stone or rock to create leach fields, then trucking in soil to rebuild the yard. NextGen requires one hole and no leach field, saving money at installation.

Clay Soil

Clay causes sewage runoff, meaning traditional septic pollutes before the soil-based microbes can treat it. Since NextGen treats the wastewater in the box, runoff is non-polluting or water can be reused for irrigation.

Sandy Soil

Sand can allow wastewater from traditional systems to drain too fast. This pollutes groundwater and leaches into ponds, lakes, and estuaries. NextGen removes nitrogen and phosphorous as well as pathogens, so rapid drainage does not cause harmful pollution.

Hillside and Uneven Land

Gravity. It’s that simple. Traditional systems require a mild grade and slow treatment. Steep lots cause wastewater runoff into streams which lead to polluted lakes and ponds. Because NextGen fully treats inside the system, runoff is no worry.

Small Yard or Lot

NextGen requires just a 8′ x 12′ footprint for fully treated wastewater. Compare that with a traditional septic, requiring an average 40′ x 60′ drain field, and 8′ x 12′ tank, and distribution box, plus pipes to connect it all.

Water Strained Climate

If you live in a dry area, water costs will rise (even if subsidized by other taxes). Besides, saving water is the right thing to do. With NextGen, you can reuse treated water for toilet flushing, reducing your water usage by up to 30%. Or you can use this treated water for irrigation.
